The intervention concerns the reconstruction of an existing roof with the demolition and reconstruction of an existing floor of a building of a residential house.
The current separation slab between the attic and the common condominium storage area will be demolished and rebuilt with X-LAM panels to allow for a lightening of the loads compared to the current state, without altering the behavior of the rigid floor. This intervention is classified as "Improvement Intervention" as the planned interventions increase the resistance capacity of the existing structures to the actions considered.
