The renovation of the large five-storey building,built in the late 1950s, known as the "former colony of the Municipalityof Genoa", and of the three buildings of relevance, was designed to meetthe need to create two different types of accommodation. The first is intendedfor hotel activities, with 52 beds, and equipped with a common room,restaurant, bar and fitness area, and completed with indoor swimming pool andwellness centre, sauna and Turkish bath.
For the second type of non-hotelaccommodation,84 holiday apartments of different sizes (studio, two- and three-roomapartments) were constructed. An underground car park was constructed for thesetwo accommodation facilities, with 122 covered parking spaces and 28 externallots, and an arrangement of the external areas was carried out.
